Spring has sprung and Glasgow's Lit events are as numerous as ever. 'Aye Write' our own Book Festival heads the list. Friday 4th March -12th March The Mitchell Library will be hosting a wonderful line up of eminent authors. The programme has something for everyone from Children's events to quiz nights, lectures and 'meet the authors'opportunities that are scarce in the big Edinburgh International Book Festival.Levy,Mc Call-Smith, Jackie Kay, Baroness Warnock, Manju Kapur, Maxine Hong Kingston,Micahel Frayn, Iain M. Banks,Lousie Welsh the list is endless. I have my tickets for 4 events at least so go ahead and book now.
